Mr. Oyeniyi Adebayo had his first degree and M.Sc from the University of Ibadan. He obtained his MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania USA and is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA), also an Associate, Chartered Institute of Taxation (ACIT).

He started his career at Arthur Andersen where he rose to the level of Audit Manager. He had worked with various financial institutions like Merrill Lynch in USA, Capital Alliance Private Equity Lagos, Wema Bank, Head of Strategy UBA, Regional Director Mainland Bank, Executive Director Enterprise Bank (now Heritage Bank). He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Bodani Advisory Services Limited.

Mr. Adegbemi Adeboye is a well-groomed professional with more than twenty-five years cognate experience in Financial Management, Corporate Strategy and Banking & Finance. His wealth of experience also spans across Investment Banking having worked in various capacities with foremost Investment Banking firms in Nigeria. He is currently the Group Finance Director of GTI.

He is endowed with exceptional ability to build and lead teams in Strategy Development and Policy Formulation.

Elder Felix Omofuma, FCA, is a renowned financial expert and leader, currently serving as Non-Executive Director of FFS Microfinance Bank Limited in Lagos, Nigeria, and as the National Treasurer of the Foursquare Gospel Church in Nigeria. Omofuma’s professional journey before his current roles is marked by a fulfilling and impactful career with Shell Nigeria, specifically within the Shell Petroleum Development Company. He joined Shell on June 15, 1988, and served the company until his retirement on March 31, 2017. Over nearly three decades, Omofuma held several key positions, each of which contributed significantly to Shell’s operations across Nigeria, Cameroon, and Gabon.

His last role at Shell was as the Senior Manager for Governance, Risk, and Assurance Management in 2017, where he was responsible for formulating, implementing, and reporting on the Shell Control Framework. This framework encompassed Corporate Governance, Risk Management, and Assurance Processes, ensuring that Shell’s operations in Nigeria, Gabon, and Cameroon adhered to the highest standards of governance and risk management.

From 2008 to 2012, Omofuma served as the Ethics & Compliance Manager, overseeing the policy framework, rollout, documentation, and embedding of Ethics and Compliance Programs within Shell Nigeria and Gabon. His leadership in this role ensured that Shell maintained its commitment to ethical practices and compliance with industry regulations.

As Treasury Manager from 2005 to 2008, Omofuma was responsible for managing bank relationships, fund management, and accounts payable and receivable operations within Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria. He played a pivotal role in navigating financial challenges, particularly during periods of constrained cash flow.

Earlier in his career, Omofuma served as Business Processes Manager at Shell Nigeria Exploration & Production Company (SNEPCO) from 2004 to 2005, where he was instrumental in integrating major business units under Joint Venture and Profit Sharing Agreements. His role as Business Finance Manager for Major Projects Shallow Offshores from 2002 to 2003 saw him overseeing project finances, budgeting, and procurement processes, further solidifying his expertise in financial management.

From 1999 to 2002, Omofuma served as the Chief Accountant for Shell Companies in Nigeria, where he was responsible for the financial integrity of the company’s operations. Before his illustrious career at Shell, Omofuma worked as an Internal Auditor for the Nigeria Grains Board, a Federal Government Parastatal in Minna, from 1984 to 1987.
