We have Correspondent Banking relationship with two commercial banks: Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc and Sterling Bank Plc. You can make your transactions in any branch of these two banks in Nigeria.

How can I make cash deposit into my account in your bank from the Correspondent Bank?

For cash deposit, fill the designated deposit teller with your account details with us and write FFS Microfinance Bank at the top of the teller. Bank one will be used to post your transaction and it will impact on your account with us immediately.

Can I issue my cheque to anyone who neither bank with you nor your Correspondent Banks?

Our cheque goes through clearing and can be presented in any commercial bank in Nigeria.

How else can I fund my account?

We are on NIBSS Instant Pay (NIP). This allows you to make instant direct fund transfer from account in commercial banks and other institutions on NIBSS to account with us.

Do you give ATM card?

Yes. We offer customized MasterCard ATM card that gives you 24/7 access to your fund which you can use on any ATM machine, POS and make online transactions. There is maximum security on the usage of the card.

How can I withdraw through your Correspondent Banks?

Write the cheque either for yourself or a third party and walk into any branch of the bank that your cheque is co-branded with and you or the third party will be able to withdraw from your account.
